This role is titled Customer Service, but the primary responsibilities involve Quality Checking and assigning mystery shoppers. As a Customer Service, you will play a key role in managing mystery shoppers for our global market research company client. This isn’t your typical call center role—you’ll be responsible for collecting and labelling survey data (quality check), ensuring smooth operations via phone and email, and assigning mystery shoppers. If you love interacting with people and keeping things organized, this role is perfect for you!
