We are a retail company focused on selling tyres, car batteries, wipers, oils, car accessories and car services looking for
- Customer Care Executive
to be the face of our business and drive daily sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide expert product recommendations.
Sales Generation:
Process transactions accurately, handle cash and digital payments, and actively promote special offers to meet daily/monthly sales targets.
Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels on the showroom floor, restock shelves, and assist with regular stock counts.
Store Maintenance:
Ensure the counter area, display shelves, and overall showroom are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum of a diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar front-facing role.
Excellent communication skills in English and Chichewa.
Strong basic math skills and familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
A friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
