Creche Teacher

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate, play-based lessons aligned with early years learning goals.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual learners, including those with additional needs.
• Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Observe, assess, and document learning progress.
• Promote inclusive practices and celebrate diversity in the classroom.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and inspiring classroom environment.
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with the teaching team and participate in school events and professional development.
• Ensure children’s safety, well-being, and positive behaviour always.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience
• Recognized qualification in Early Childhood Education (Montessori Diploma EYTS ECE Diploma, or equivalent).
• Excellent communication
• Observation and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with safeguarding and child protection procedures.
• Proven experience working with children from 5 months to 5 years.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
