Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the school curriculum.
• Assess, record, and report students' academic performance and progress.
• Develop lesson plans and teaching materials to meet diverse learning needs.
• Maintain discipline and foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor students' attendance, behavior, and overall well-being.
• Identify students requiring additional support and implement appropriate interventions.
• Prepare and administer classwork, assignments, tests, and examinations.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding students' progress.
• Supervise students during classroom activities, breaks, and school events.
• Maintain accurate academic records and ensure confidentiality of student information.
• Promote the school's values, policies, and code of conduct.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practices and student outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant subject area.
• Teaching certification (NCE) or license (where applicable).
• Previous teaching experience is an advantage.
