Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support revenue growth.
• Understand client objectives and translate briefs into clear, actionable deliverables for internal teams.
• Coordinate with creative, strategy, digital, and production teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, reports, and other client-facing documentation.
• Monitor account performance, project timelines, budgets, and revenue targets.
• Proactively address client concerns and provide solutions that enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations to clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in client account management, account servicing, or business development within a creative, advertising, digital, or integrated marketing communications agency.
• Proven experience managing client relationships, preparing proposals, and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of marketing communications, including digital marketing, branding, social media, media planning, and experiential marketing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
