CHINESE TRANSLATOR (Mandarin ↔ English).EXPERIENCE IN MANUFACTURING SET-UP

Qualifications and Requirements:

Ø Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Chinese Language, Translation, Linguistics, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.

Ø HSK certification is an added advantage.

Ø Additional certification in translation or interpretation is desirable.

Ø At least 2 years' experience as a Chinese Translator or Interpreter.

Ø Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or construction environment is an added advantage.

Ø Excellent spoken and written Mandarin and English.

Ø Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ø Good report writing and document preparation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide accurate verbal and written translation between Chinese and English.

· Facilitate communication between management and employees.

· Assist with employee coordination and day-to-day workforce management.

· Prepare, translate, and organize reports, correspondence, and other company documents.

· Support administrative tasks and maintain proper documentation.

· Assist supervisors in communicating work schedules and production targets.

· Assist Chinese visitors, consultants, suppliers, and clients during factory visits.

· Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company information, employee records, and business operations.

· Ensure translations maintain the intended meaning, accuracy, and confidentiality.
