Diligent Du Vey Lodge in Salima invites passionate and skilled professionals to join its growing hospitality family.

- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and present high-quality meals with creativity and consistency.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and kitchen organization.
Develop diverse menus and ensure customer satisfaction through delicious, well-prepared food.
- Requirements
- QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Applicants should possess:
A Diploma or Certificate in Culinary/Cookery Arts, Food Production, or a related field. Candidates with a Degree will have an added advantage.
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a reputable hotel, lodge, or restaurant.
Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage kitchen and restaurant staff.
Passion for food presentation and innovation.
Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
High integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
A passion for excellence in hospitality.
