Job Description

Client Engagement

  • Meet clients to understand shipping needs
  • - Build trust and long‑term relationships
  • - Present company services

Sales Quotation & Planning

  • Prepare tailored freight quotations (FCL, LCL, air, trucking)
  • Design logistics plans for clients
  • Negotiate terms and contracts

Sourcing & Carrier Coordination

  • Source competitive rates from carriers 
  • Negotiate with suppliers for space and schedules
  • Confirm bookings

Finance Coordination

  • Always coordinate closely with the Finance team Check and follow up on all incoming and outgoing funds to support shipment operations Ensure timely client payment collection and supplier settlement by liaising and working closely with Finance Support transparent cash flow visibility and control
