  • Job Purpose
  • Bank Nkhonde Network and Development (BNND) is seeking a qualified and motivated
  • Business Administration Officer

to support business growth by coordinating field agents, managing office operations, overseeing basic accounting functions, and ensuring efficient day-to-day administration to help achieve organizational objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities

Promote business growth and identify new business opportunities.

Supervise, train, and monitor the performance of business agents.

Manage office administration, records, procurement, and logistics.

Maintain accounting records, process payments, prepare reconciliations, and assist with budgeting.

Prepare business and financial reports.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements.

Deliver excellent customer service.

Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

  • Requirements
  • Qualifications

Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

  • Experience
  • At least
  • 2 years

of experience in administration, accounting, business development, or sales.

Experience supervising field agents will be an added advantage.

  • Required Skills

Business development.

Accounting and financial record management.

Excellent communication skills.

Leadership and team supervision.

Report writing.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Ability to drive business growth, improve agent performance, ensure timely reporting, maintain operational efficiency, uphold compliance, and deliver excellent customer service.
