Job Description
The Assistant Lecturer – Community Development will be responsible for the following duties:
- Teaching up to NTA Level 8, which is equivalent to Bachelor’s Degree level.
- Preparing learning resources for tutorial exercises.
- Conducting research, seminars, and case studies.
- Carrying out consultancy and community services under supervision.
- Supervising student projects.
- Preparing teaching manuals.
- Performing any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Holder of a Master’s Degree and Bachelor’s Degree in Community Development from recognized institutions.
- Must have a GPA of 3.8 or above at Master’s Degree level.
- Must have a GPA of 3.5 or above at Bachelor’s Degree level.
Remuneration
The successful candidates will be paid according to the PHTS 2.1 salary scale.
