• OVERVIEW

Malawi Sun Hotel is seeking a results-oriented Accounts Relationship Manager to manage key client accounts, develop new business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships and contribute to the hotel's sales and revenue growth.

• ROLE OBJECTIVE

To serve as the primary commercial point of contact for corporate, diplomatic, and institutional clients. Responsible for maintaining existing hotel relationships, preventing churn, and aggressively cross-selling conference venues, food & beverage, and accommodation packages to corporate bookers.

• QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY SKILLS
• Education

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration related field.

• Experience

Must have 4 to 6 years of proven experience in client servicing, account management, B2B sales, or relationship management.

• Core Competencies

Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, conflict-resolution and presentation abilities.
