Acccounting Supervisor

Job Description

Supervision of a team of 10 accountants. Must be a senir accountant with supervision experience, and familiar with Tarms, Taxes and general accounting operaions.

Duties and Responsibilities

Data capturing in the Sage Pastel
Posting of the statutory returns (VAT,ZIMDEF,PAYE,QPDS,INCOME TAX, NSSA and NEC in the TaRMS ZIMRA Portal.)
Processing payrolls in the Belina Payroll System.
Registering employees and company in the NSSA Portal.
Assisting in Information Technology tasks.
Filing of client documents.
Tax clearances for clients.
Preparation of yearly financial statements.
Bank reconciliations.
ZIMRA account reconciliations.
Company registration for TaRMS.
Any other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience

Degree in Accounting and relevant profeessional accounting qualifications with at least 4years of experience in accounting.
