Supplier Quality Engineer

Ensure supplier quality and compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements by monitoring supplier performance, conducting assessments and audits, and driving corrective actions.

• Manage and monitor supplier quality performance and approved supplier status.
• Conduct supplier assessments and audits, including follow-up and closure of findings.
• Manage SCARs, 8D, and corrective/preventive actions with suppliers.
• Monitor supplier compliance with quality and environmental requirements.
• Support NPD/NPI, including PPAP and PFMEA activities.
• Manage incoming inspection, sampling plans, and supplier-related quality controls.
• Drive continuous improvement, reduce failures and scrap, and improve supplier performance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Purchasing, Product Marketing, and suppliers.
• Provide technical support and guidance to suppliers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of supplier quality experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 16949, PPAP, 8D, and quality tools.
• Experience with manufacturing and production processes.
• Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
• Willingness and availability to travel internationally.
