Does it work if my candidates reach me on WhatsApp?
Yes. Saplic lets you add by hand a candidate who messaged you on WhatsApp, handed you a printed CV or came through a referral, and that candidate lands on the same board as the ones who applied through the job listing. In Saplic no source counts more than another: the record is the same.
Can I use it only for an internal process at my company?
Yes. Saplic lets you open a role that never reaches the public job board: the role exists only inside your account, with its own board and its own candidates, and nobody outside sees it. It is what you use for a confidential search, or for one you plan to fill through referrals.
Do I need to install anything?
Nothing needs to be installed. Saplic runs in the browser in Dominica, with no program to download, no server of your own and nobody from IT involved. Creating the company account takes under two minutes and asks for no credit card.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. The candidate board, each candidate record and the interview calendar in Saplic all work from a phone in Dominica, in the browser and with no app to install. It is the same system as on a computer, not a cut-down version.
Are my data and the resumes private?
