USINDO Ventures Limited is a growing company engaged in agriculture, food supply, consultancy and fleet services. We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented and highly organized professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accurate and timely recording.
• Prepare payments, invoices and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain cash book, bank reconciliations and financial records.
• Prepare budgets, monitor expenses and support financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements.
• Support administration, procurement and office management.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks/Tally/Peachtree is an advantage).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail, integrity and accuracy.
• Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Arrangement

Remote for the first 6 months. In-office from January 1, 2027 (Dar es Salaam).
