Job Description

Job Title: Waiter/Waitress Venue: Restaurant in operation Employment Type: Full-time Location: TRM / Mirema Area
Requirements (non-negotiable):
  • Previous serving experience (preferred but not essential – full training given)
  • Knowledge of basic drink service (beer, wine, spirits) – or a willingness to learn fast
  • A friendly, calm attitude under pressure, especially during busy service
  • Legal age to serve alcohol (must be 23+
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

 Key Responsibilities:
  • Take accurate orders for food, soft drinks, hot drinks, and alcoholic beverages
  • Serve alcohol responsibly
  • Set up and clear tables, maintain cleanliness, and support the team during rushes
  • Process payments and handle cash/ card transactions
