Provides courteous and efficient table service to guests, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Maintains cleanliness of tables and service areas, presents menus, answers questions about menu items
Coordinates with kitchen and bar staff to deliver a seamless dining experience in line with the establishment’s service standards.
- Candidate Profile
Secondary Academic Qualifications or equivalent Certificate in related field from the Hotel School or other recognised institution
- Previous professional experience in related function
- Pleasant and outgoing personality
- Ready to perform odd hours and work on Sundays & Public Holidays
