Visual Storytelling Editor

• Ability to craft compelling edits from footage, interviews, archive materials, and B-roll.
• Build emotional rhythm through pacing and visual storytelling.
• Execute seamless modern transitions that enhance, not distract from, the narrative.
• Perform cinematic colour grading and shot matching to establish a consistent visual identity.
• Ability to integrate motion graphics and archival imagery with precision is a huge plus.
• Deliver polished edits optimised for long-form documentaries and short-form social content.
• Collaborate closely with writers and producers to maintain story integrity in interpretation.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a Diploma in a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Adobe After Effects.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for creating and editing visual content.
• Ability to produce high-quality video and graphic content from concept to final delivery.
