Responsibilities:

• Conduct land, boundary, topographical and construction surveys.
• Establish and verify site coordinates, levels, alignments and benchmarks.
• Carry out setting-out works for buildings, roads and other construction activities.
• Operate and maintain surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS/GNSS and automatic levels.
• Calculate areas, distances, elevations and coordinates accurately.
• Monitor construction works to ensure they conform to approved drawings and specifications.
• Take accurate measurements and prepare survey reports and plans.
• Identify and report discrepancies between site conditions and project drawings.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a B.Sc. in Surveying, Geomatics and any related field
• A minimum of 3 years' experience
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and engineering drawings.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
