Location: Greater Kampala Area

Minimum Requirements

• Maximum 35 years of age
• Currently working in SME Lending or SME Sales
• Actively engaged in field-based SME client acquisition and business development
• Proven hands-on experience in SME credit appraisal, loan origination, and portfolio management
• Minimum Diploma in a Business-related field from a recognized institution
• At least 2 years’ experience in SME Lending or SME Sales
