Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the strategy for ExcellentBridge Learning.
• Create and manage an annual calendar of courses, workshops, webinars, and certification programs.
• Develop training programs for professionals, students, organizations, customers, partners, consultants, and internal teams.
• Design structured learning paths, course outlines, training materials, assessments, and certification requirements.
• Coordinate instructors, facilitators, subject-matter experts, training schedules, and participant communication.
• Manage public course enrollment, learner onboarding, attendance, assessments, feedback, and certification.
• Work with the marketing team to promote courses and increase enrollment.
• Build relationships with universities, professional bodies, businesses, and other training partners.
• Administer and continuously improve the ExcellentBridge learning management platform.
• Identify new training opportunities based on market demand and industry trends.
• Ensure that course content remains current, practical, and aligned with professional and industry requirements.
• Measure program performance using enrollment, completion, certification, learner satisfaction, and revenue data.
• Prepare regular training and performance reports for management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in training management, learning and development, instructional design, education management, or a related role.
• Proven experience designing, coordinating, and delivering professional training programs.
• Experience managing public training programs, student enrollment, or professional certification programs.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, marketing, and project-management skills.
• Ability to simplify technical and business concepts for different audiences.
• Experience using learning management systems and digital learning tools.
• Experience in enterprise software, ERP, finance, HR, supply chain, or business-process training is an advantage.
• Relevant professional certification in training, instructional design, or learning and development is an added advantage.
