During the onboarding period, we evaluate your commitment, learning progress, technical development, and ability to demonstrate the potential required for a software engineering career.

If you successfully secure employment through our career development and placement support, a success-based service fee may apply.

The fee amount, payment terms, and applicable conditions will be discussed transparently and mutually agreed upon in a written agreement before any fee obligation arises.

There is no success-based fee payable if you do not secure employment under the agreed arrangement.
