Our core philosophy is collaborative risk control: we advise, while the General Contractor retains means, methods, and ownership of their safety program. From high-impact safety representations and Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs) to targeted crew training and scheduled audits, we elevate project safety performance without disrupting production momentum.

The role
We're hiring motivated college juniors and seniors to help us start conversations with contractors across the US. You'll research companies, reach out to decision-makers, and book qualified meetings for our consulting team. It's a hands-on introduction to B2B sales in construction and insurance that fits around your class schedule.

What you'll do

• Research general contractors, subcontractors, and general industry employers from target lists and tools we provide.
• Send personalized outreach by email and LinkedIn using our scripts and approval process.
• Book introductory meetings with owners, safety managers, and operations leaders.
• Keep accurate contact notes and stages in our CRM.
• Join a weekly check-in to review results and refine messaging.

What we're looking for

• College junior or senior studying business, construction management, occupational safety, risk management, marketing, or a related field.
• Clear, professional writing and phone presence.
• Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working remotely on a set schedule.
• Interest in construction, safety, or insurance is a plus; sales or customer-facing experience helps but isn't required.

Details

• 10–20 hours per week, flexible around classes; outreach happens weekdays during business hours.
• Fully remote, US-based. You'll need your own computer and reliable internet.
• Hourly pay plus a bonus for each qualified meeting that takes place.
