Territory Manager - Cavite Area (Medical Representative)

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for product sales and promotion

2. Achieves the required sales and collection quota per month

3. Prepares computation of payment as per Delivery Receipt, Sales Invoice, Provisional Receipt and Official Receipt

4. Does follow - up to customers daily for payments and orders

5. Prepares Sales Invoice for collection purposes, Provisional Receipts, and Official Receipts to clients

6. Monitors delivered and undelivered orders of customers and delivers stocks to clients

7. Monitors outstanding balance and accounts receivables of customers’ accounts

8. Prepares weekly Sales Report and Check and Cash collection as per remittances

9. Prepares and submits blue book for weekly sales and collection checking

10. Prepares liquidation of Cash Advances and Allowances and submits reports to the office every other week

11. Provides data for the weekly preparation of Daily Coverage Report

12. Safeguards and maintains the company-issued vehicle during their respective area

13. Performs other duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time

Qualifications:

• Experience on medical product sales and promotion is a great advantage
• Should possess excellent communication skills to build rapport with existing and prospective clients
• Has the ability to develop sales strategies
