Job Description

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Strong problem solving and communication skills.
Willingness to learn, adaptability
Ability to work both independently and/ or in a team too.
Strong interpersonal skills
A minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support, ICT support, or systems administration. Experience in the EdTech sector is highly preferred.
