Job Description
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong problem solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn, adaptability
- Ability to work both independently and/ or in a team too.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support, ICT support, or systems administration. Experience in the EdTech sector is highly preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical skills are encouraged to apply
