Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage B2B accounts within the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth across assigned territories.
  
• Understand customers' technical requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers, production teams, maintenance managers, procurement professionals, and other key decision-makers.
  
• Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and technical presentations to proposal preparation, negotiation, closing, and after-sales support.
• Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions to support business development.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and sales reports.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B or industrial sales.
  
• Industry-related experience is required. Candidates should have experience selling technical products or industrial solutions to manufacturing companies.
  
• Experience from companies such as Cormart, Diversey, Metcem, Fumman Nigeria, or similar industrial, chemical, hygiene, or manufacturing solution providers is highly preferred.
  
• Candidates with experience in industrial hygiene chemicals, cleaning chemicals, specialty chemicals, or related industrial product lines are strongly encouraged to apply.
  
• A background in Chemical Engineering, industrial chemistry, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical disciplines will be an added advantage.
  
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  
• Ability to understand and explain technical product specifications and applications to industrial customers.
