Responsibilities:

• Supervise floor staff and monitor performance.
• Resolve customer issues and support daily operations.
• Handle POS setup, troubleshooting, and backups.
• Maintain order and cleanliness across departments.
• Prepare shift reports and update management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of an ND in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years’ supervisory or retail experience.
• Good leadership and multitasking ability.
• Familiarity with POS systems preferred.
