Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all daily store operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence.
• Lead, supervise, motivate, and develop store staff to achieve operational and sales targets.
• Monitor employee performance and provide coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, customer retention, and brand visibility.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
• Manage inventory levels, stock control, merchandising, and product availability.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and workforce management activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and business partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and quality standards.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales, operational, and performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business profitability.
• Collaborate with senior management on business development initiatives and growth strategies.

Requirements:

• HND or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a managerial role within the beauty, wellness, spa, salon, retail, hospitality, or service industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving business performance.
• Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and business management tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
