Store Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the store.
• Supervise and manage store staff to ensure excellent performance.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Ensure proper merchandising and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure accountability.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to drive sales.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve business goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a retail store management or supervisory role.
• Minimum qualification: OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and basic computer applications.
• Experience in the fashion or retail industry is an added advantage.

Remuneration: NGN 120,000
