About the Role

Elimutab EdTech Africa is looking for a results-driven STEM Sales Coordinator to drive student enrolment into our Coding, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Internet of Things (IoT) programmes. This is a consultative sales role that involves engaging with parents, conducting programme demonstrations, following up on enquiries, and converting leads into enrolled students.

This position is ideal for a confident salesperson who enjoys building relationships, communicating value, and achieving sales targets. It is not a retail sales, cashier, merchandising, or field marketing role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate student enrolments through proactive follow-up of leads.
  • Make daily outbound calls to prospective parents and students.
  • Book and conduct in-person and virtual STEM programme demonstrations.
  • Explain our Coding, AI, and IoT programmes confidently to parents and students.
  • Guide prospective families through the enrolment process.
  • Maintain accurate lead and customer records.
  • Meet monthly enrolment and activity targets.
  • Submit daily and weekly sales reports.
  • Work closely with the STEM Academy team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Mandatory Requirements

Applicants must meet all the following requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in sales, customer engagement, education sales, EdTech, technology sales, or consultative sales.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable making outbound sales calls and conducting presentations.
  • Target-driven with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.
  • Based in or willing to work in Nairobi.

Added Advantage

  • Experience in education, EdTech, technology, or training institutions.
  • Experience using a CRM or sales tracking system.
  • Basic understanding of Coding, Artificial Intelligence, or IoT.
  • Ability to communicate in both English and Swahili.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary plus performance-based incentives.
  • Training on our STEM programmes and sales process.
  • Career growth opportunities within a fast-growing EdTech company.
  • A collaborative and purpose-driven work environment.
