Responsibilities:

• Review client health history forms, identify medical contraindications (e.g., allergies, injuries, pregnancy), and discuss goals before every session.
• Tailor pressure, products, and techniques to meet individual client preferences and physical needs.
• Recommend relevant spa products (lotions, oils, serums) based on skin type or physical issues observed during the service.
• Sterilise tools, wash hands thoroughly between clients, and sanitise treatment equipment following strict health standards.
• Prepare treatment rooms before sessions by setting appropriate lighting, heating massage tables, organising oils/products, and selecting ambient music.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records and treatment notes.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of SSCE.
• 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
