Social Media Strategist / Manager

About the Role

• Own and grow CozyPlace's Instagram & TikTok strategy. 
• Plan content calendars, campaigns, and creative direction. 
• Manage freelance creators and ensure high-quality content. 
• Build SOPs, workflows, and systems for a scalable social media operation. 
• Track performance and optimize content using analytics. 

We're Looking For

• 3–5 years in social media strategy or management. 
• Strong understanding of short-form content (Reels & TikTok). 
• Experience managing creators or creative teams. 
• Able to build systems and work independently. 
• Hospitality, lifestyle, retail, or F&B experience is a plus. 

Perks
