We are looking for a Creator Partnerships Executive (Influencer Marketing Executive) to join our growing sales and partnerships team here in Malaysia. This role is about execution and collaboration: supporting the pipeline, coordinating campaigns from brief to delivery, and making sure every partnership we close runs smoothly. You will work closely with the Creator Partnerships Manager and cross functionally with our talent team to bring deals to life. 

What you will be doing

• Campaign execution: Coordinate approved campaigns end to end, from briefing talents to internal teams to tracking deliverables, timelines, and approvals, making sure everything is delivered on time and to brief. 
• Client communication: Be a responsive point of contact for clients on day to day matters, handling queries, sharing timelines, and escalating issues to the Manager when needed.
• Internal coordination and collaboration: Work closely with talent management, content, and finance teams to keep campaigns aligned, from talent availability to invoicing and PO documentation. 
• Reporting support: Help prepare campaign performance reports and post campaign wrap ups, pulling together data and insights for clients and internal review. 
• Team collaboration: Support a positive, organised team environment, sharing updates proactively and stepping in whenever the team needs an extra hand. 
• Client relationships and account growth: Maintain strong day to day relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring a smooth experience across campaigns. Look for opportunities to upsell current clients and grow the account over time.
• Market awareness: Keep an eye on trends in the influencer and social media space and flag anything relevant to the team.
