Responsibilities:

• Create and post consistent content across Instagram & TikTok.
• Keep the page active, engaging, and entertaining.
• Shoot and edit Reels/TikToks and other short-form content.
• Plan weekly content and maintain a content calendar.
• Stay up-to-date with fashion, social media trends, sounds and formats.
• Write engaging captions and copy.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and encourage community growth.
• Help increase brand visibility, engagement, and ultimately sales.
• Monitor page performance and provide simple monthly insights.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Instagram and TikTok accounts.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and what makes content perform.
• Excellent video editing skills — CapCut is a major plus.
• Creative eye for fashion, aesthetics and storytelling.
• Able to shoot quality content using a phone.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Consistent, organised and able to work independently.
• Comfortable being hands-on with content creation.
• Must be willing to work onsite in the Lekki/Chevron area.
• Fashion, beauty or lifestyle experience is a plus.
• Portfolio/social media pages you have managed are required.
