Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate the transportation of materials, tools, and equipment between the warehouse/store and active project sites.

  • Maintain accurate records of materials issued, received, and returned at site level, reconciling against project trackers and store records.

  • Track site inventory levels and raise timely requisitions to avoid delays in project execution.

  • Coordinate with drivers, riders, and transport providers to schedule deliveries and pick-ups in line with project timelines.

  • Inspect incoming materials and equipment at site for quantity and condition, flagging discrepancies or damage promptly.

  • Maintain proper storage, security, and organization of materials and equipment at site to prevent loss or damage.

  • Liaise with the procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely replenishment of site stock.

  • Support site supervisors with logistics planning for equipment mobilization and demobilization between sites.

  • Maintain and update asset/tool registers, including tracking of company tools issued to field teams.

  • Prepare and submit regular logistics reports, including stock movement, consumption, and reconciliation reports.

  • Ensure logistics activities comply with EHS and company safety standards, including safe loading, offloading, and transport practices.

  • Support route planning and coordination for multi-site projects to optimize delivery schedules and reduce costs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a logistics, store, or site coordination role, preferably within telecommunications, construction, or infrastructure projects.

  • Experience maintaining stock records and reconciling inventory is required.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) is required.

  • Valid driving license preferred.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in stock tracking.

  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure across multiple sites.

  • Basic understanding of telecom/fiber materials and equipment is an added advantage.
