Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities

• System Operation: Operate advanced SIM personalization systems strictly in accordance with approved procedures, work instructions, and security protocols, ensuring seamless data encoding and activation.
• Data Verification: Meticulously verify customer data files and production job specifications before processing, confirming that all records, batches, and parameters are accurate and complete.
• Job Execution: Execute personalization jobs with surgical precision and high levels of confidentiality, ensuring that data is accurately written to each SIM module without errors or omissions.
• Quality Monitoring: Continuously monitor production quality throughout the personalization process, promptly identifying and flagging any processing anomalies, system warnings, or data mismatches.

Person Specification Educational & Professional Qualifications

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in data processing, IT operations, production personalization, or quality assurance roles. Experience with SIM card personalization, secure data encoding, or high-security printing/personalization environments is a distinct advantage.
