Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and work plans.
Manage an efficient HR system, including computerized HR infrastructure.
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and staff records management.
Administer leave and attendance and prepare HR reports.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and performance management processes.
Coordinate training, staff development and HR events.
Manage employee relations, HR enquiries and resolution of HR issues.
Guide, coordinate and supervise staff within the HR unit.
A professional HR practitioner with strong administrative and organizational skills.
Strong communication, problem-solving and employee relations capability.
Ability to manage confidential HR information with accuracy and discretion.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution.
Minimum of five (5) years’ relevant work experience.
Membership to a relevant professional body; IHRM membership is an added advantage.
Demonstrated merit and ability in work performance.Ability to work collaboratively and deliver results in a dynamic ICT environment.
