Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of the codebase and technical architecture.
• Design, build, test, and deploy new product features.
• Improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Review code and maintain high engineering standards.
• Lead technical planning and estimate development timelines accurately.
• Ensure features are delivered on schedule.
• Identify and resolve bugs before production releases.
• Improve security, monitoring, logging, and system stability.
• Write and maintain technical documentation.
• Work closely with Product, Design, and Operations to execute product priorities.
• Mentor junior developers when necessary.

Requirements:

• 3/4+ years of professional Full-Stack development experience.
• Strong experience with modern backend frameworks (Node.js/NestJS, Express, Laravel, Django, or similar).
• Strong frontend/mobile experience (Flutter experience is highly preferred).
• Experience with REST APIs and WebSockets.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Experience with Redis and caching technologies.
• Experience deploying applications on AWS, GCP, Azure, or DigitalOcean.
• Git and GitHub proficiency.
• Docker experience.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
