Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction works on site
• Lead architectural design from concept to execution
• Produce high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings
• Prepare and review detailed working drawings and specifications
• Coordinate consultants and contractors
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings and standards
• Monitor project progress and report to management
• Resolve technical and site-related issues
• Support project documentation and approvals
• Mentor junior architects and design staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduation experience
• Strong design and rendering portfolio with built projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, and related software
• Strong site supervision experience
• Good knowledge of Nigerian building regulations
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Professional registration with ARCON (an advantage)

Remuneration: NGN 300,000 monthly net
