Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Design flyers, brochures, banners, posters, business cards, letterheads, calendars, jotters, certificates, books, magazines, packaging, and other marketing materials.
• Create social media graphics for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and WhatsApp.
• Develop logos and complete brand identity packages.
• Design presentation slides, company profiles, proposals, and annual reports.
• Prepare artwork for large-format printing, branding, and promotional materials.

Printing & Production:

• Prepare print-ready files according to production specifications.
• Ensure proper colour management and print quality.
• Work closely with machine operators to achieve quality output.
• Review proofs and make corrections before production.
• Ensure designs meet client specifications and deadlines.

Creative Development:

• Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns.
• Maintain consistency in the company's brand identity.
• Suggest innovative design ideas and trends.
• Improve existing designs and templates.

Client Support:

• Attend client briefings when required.
• Understand customer requirements and translate them into compelling visual designs.
• Present design concepts professionally.
• Revise artwork based on client feedback.

Digital Content:

• Design web banners and website graphics.
• Create basic motion graphics and animated social media content.
• Resize and optimize graphics for different digital platforms.

Documentation:

• Maintain organized archives of all design files.
• Properly name and store project files.
• Back up completed jobs regularly.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing, sales, operations, and production teams.
• Assist other departments with creative requirements.
• Mentor interns or junior designers when assigned.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience
• A minimum of a degree in a related field
