Minimum 3 years' experience in security training or a related security role.

Certificate or Diploma in Security Management, Criminology, Risk Management, Training, or a related field.

Proven experience conducting training for security personnel.

Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.

Good knowledge of security procedures, operations, and risk management.

Knowledge of emergency response and incident management procedures.

Ability to develop training materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to assess staff performance and provide constructive feedback.

High level of integrity, discipline, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Relevant security or training certification is an added advantage.
