Available Position: Security Supervisor
Job Summary The Security Supervisor will oversee day-to-day activities of security guards, investigate security incidents, report risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe and secure environment. Supervise, schedule, and support security personnel to ensure effective team performance, conduct boundary inspections, report encroachments, and maintain secure company boundaries; maintain security records and reports, communicate management directives and perform duties as assigned by the Security Manager.
Qualifications

• ‘A’ level certificate with experience in a security role, preferably ex-soldier or ex police officer.
• Ability to enforce compliance and maintain discipline.
• At least two years’ experience in the same role, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
• Females are also encouraged to apply for the position.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and use of digital tools for monitoring.
