Our organisation is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Security Administrator to manage operational logistics, maintain guard deployment records, oversee compliance documentation, and support daily administrative functions. The candidate will be responsible for supervising our security personnel at various sites and ensuring adherence to security protocol.

Duties and Responsibilities

 Supervise security personnel and ensuring adherence to protocolsConduct site inspections and risk assessmentsManage incident reporting and responseDevelop and implement security strategiesManage daily rostering, shift scheduling, and deployment tracking for security personnel.Maintain accurate records of occurrence books, incident reports, and site visits.Process guard licensing, statutory compliance, and internal vetting documentation.Handle client inquiries, service logs, and routine communication.Assist management with payroll administration inputs, uniform issuance, and equipment tracking.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 3 O’levelsBasic Security Guard Training Certificate is a mustMinimum of 2 years experience in the security industry, preferably in a supervisory roleMinimum age 35 yearsClass 3 or 4 driver’s license is a mustIndepth knowledge of security protocols and proceduresExcellent communication and leadership skillsRelevant security certificates e.g security guard training certificate
