Position: Sales Supervisor

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Olojo Drive, Volks, Lagos.

Salary: 250,000

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead and coordinate our sales team, drive sales performance and ensure effective customer engagement and achievement of assigned targets. Applicant should stay within and familiar with the following locations (compulsory):

*Iyana-ipaja, Agege, Oshodi, Magodo, Berger, Sango, Ojota, Ikorodu, Bariga, Gbagada, Ikeja and Mushin.*

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the sales team.

- Set, communicate, and monitor individual and team sales targets.

- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

- Coach, motivate, and support sales representatives to improve performance.

- Identify new business opportunities and support customer acquisition and retention.

- Maintain strong relationships with customers and address sales-related concerns.

- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customers, and follow-ups.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree/OND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or a related field.

- 3+ years' experience in sales or Marketing with supervisory experience preferred.

- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

- Proven ability to work with and achieve sales targets.

- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in electronics, appliances, technology, or consumer goods is an advantage.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
