Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and identify prospective clients.
• Market and sell the company's landed properties.
• Schedule and coordinate site inspections.
• Follow up with prospects and convert them into buyers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum of SSCE, OND, HND, or B.Sc.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Sales or marketing experience is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, goal-orientated, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
