Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

Customer Service and Styling:

• Greet everyone warmly as they walk in.
• Listen to client needs and suggest matching outfits.
• Style items together to cross-sell accessories or shoes.
• Share details on fabric, care, and sizing.

Sales and Daily Operations:

• Meet or beat daily and weekly sales goals.
• Process cash and card payments accurately.
• Handle exchanges or returns smoothly.
• Inform shoppers about ongoing sales or special promos.

Store Maintenance:

• Restock empty racks and fold clothes neatly.
• Keep the fitting rooms clean and clear of clutter.
• Tag new inventory and check for damage.
• Report low stock or popular items back to you.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of SSCE
• 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
