Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Manage sales channels, including direct selling to schools and overseeing retail outlets.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  
• Document marketing and sales activities, ensuring accurate records and timely reporting.
  
• Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to track performance and inform strategy.
  
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries across all sales channels promptly and professionally.
  

Requirements:

• A minimum of OND (Ordinary National Diploma)
• At least 1 year of work experience in a related field will be an advantage
• Effective communication skills
  
• Digital literacy skills
  
• Ability to work well in a team
