Sales & Marketing Operations Officer

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Trading Operations

• Oversee inventory management and ensure adequate stock levels of building materials, including POP cement, fibre products, paints, marine plywood, and related products.
• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor stock records and conduct regular stock verification exercises.
• Ensure timely processing and delivery of customer orders.
• Prepare operational and inventory reports for management.

Transport Operations

• Coordinate daily scheduling and movement of trailers, trucks, and drivers.
• Monitor vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, and trip performance.
• Schedule and track vehicle maintenance, repairs, and statutory documentation
• Ensure timely and efficient execution of transport assignments and deliveries.
• Prepare fleet performance reports and recommend operational improvements.

Skills Required

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Qualification

• Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience is an advantage.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.

Location Requirement: Applicants must reside in Kasoa, Mallam, Weija, SCC, McCarthy Hill, Amanfrom, and surrounding communities.
