Sales Executive (POSM / Event & Activation)

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Sales Executive with POSM experience who understands client servicing, project coordination, and follow-up execution. The candidate will manage client relationships from enquiry to project completion while ensuring smooth communication with internal teams (design, production, and project support).

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Servicing & Relationship Management
• Follow up with existing clients and develop new business opportunities
• Understand client requirements and translate them into clear project briefs
• Maintain strong communication with clients throughout project timelines
• Handle enquiries, quotations, and negotiation professionally
  
• POSM & Project Coordination
• Manage POSM projects from briefing to delivery
• Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams
• Ensure deadlines, specifications, and quality expectations are met
• Monitor project costing and profitability awareness
  
• Sales Target & Pipeline Development
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by management
• Build long-term relationships with FMCG, retail, and corporate clients
• Prepare proposals and presentations when required
• Identify upselling opportunities (fabrication, activation, display units, events)
  
• Documentation & Reporting
• Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and project updates
• Maintain accurate CRM/client records
• Track project progress and payment collection status
