JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct field visits to identify and acquire potential customers.
• Promote and sell the company's fresh fruits and vegetables.
• Generate sales leads and develop new business accounts.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Present product offerings, prices, and promotions to clients.
• Negotiate sales transactions and assist customers with their orders.
• Monitor customer needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and submit regular sales reports.
• Coordinate with the operations team regarding customer orders and deliveries.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Male or Female.
• At least Senior High School graduate.
• Preferably with experience in selling fruits and vegetables.
• With experience in field sales, direct selling, or customer acquisition is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in approaching and dealing with potential customers.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel to different areas to find clients.
• Goal-oriented, hardworking, responsible, and self-motivated.
